The aim of this program is to provide participants with the understanding, strategies and practical tools that builds leadership capability and optimises team performance. High performing teams are the standard to which every organisations aim to meet - yet very few get to experience. The science and art of leadership plays a critical role in unleashing a team’s potential to consistently deliver extraordinary results.
Integrating models of leadership, team development and peak performance, in this program participants will examine and share real-world team dynamics, focusing on the leader’s role in creating and nurturing a high performance based culture. Participants will learn how to adapt their approach to suit different situations and team needs. They will use practical techniques to set team goals, establish performance measures, facilitate team dynamics, effectively coach and accelerate the development of results-driven team members.
Upon completion of this program you’ll be able to:
