Co-Founder of AspiraCo and Principal Consultant, Amor has over 25 years of demonstrable success and achievement working with diverse industries, businesses, cultures, teams and people. He has significant experience and deep expertise in leadership, human resources, organisational development, strategy, consulting and coaching. 

Amor has a proven track record in: transforming organisations and human resource functions, strengthening organisational culture and capability, delivering people integrated strategies and solutions that facilitate sustainable growth, and facilitating and enabling outcomes for teams and individuals.

Over the course of his career, Amor has:

• Facilitated and delivered professional development programs and workshops for thousands of individuals. 
• Provided coaching and mentoring to hundreds individuals, from CEOs and Executives to graduates.
• Facilitated team and strategy workshops for executive and leadership teams of many organisations.
• Led and built diverse and inclusive higher performance teams, managing functions of up to 80 employees.
• Been a member of the Executive Team for the Oceania business of a global organisation achieving industry leading employee engagement and customer satisfaction, with 7 years record net profit. 
• Managed budgets in excess of $10M and responsibility for over $160M organisational investment.

With a commitment to lifelong learning and development, Amor holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Graduate Certificate in Management Communication, and is a Master Practitioner of Neurostrategies and NLP. He has had the privilege of studying at the prestigious IESE Business School (Spain), Ashridge Business School (UK) and Melbourne Business School (Australia) and also considers completing Anthony’s Robbins’ Mastery University as a development highlight. Amor holds accreditations for a variety professional instruments such as Workplace Training, Six Sigma, MBTI and LSI. 

Amor combines his warm sense of humour with an honest, curious, engaging and practical approach. He provides his clients with an open, safe and supported environment and encourages them to think critically about strategies to identify the approach and actions needed to execute successfully. 

As a self proclaimed ‘progressionist’, Amor is obsessed with progress and peak performance; believing that taking action is the key to achieving momentum, enjoyment, fun, satisfaction, success and ultimately fulfilment. Amor’s passion lies in enabling people, teams and organisations to realise their potential and achieve extraordinary performance and results.

Amor enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, bowling, dancing, horse racing carnivals and volunteering for various causes.
